2 weeks left

It's really starting to get nice here and it's almost time to go! I personally couldn't have come in the Fall because of cross country, but Spring semester weather isn't as nice I think...

We saw this beautiful sunset from out window the other night. I have a whole list of things I have to do "one last time" before I go. Like.... getting a picture with some of my favorite characters in town, eating at my favorite restaurants one last time, and doing all the things I've wanted to do the whole semester but just haven't quite gotten around to doing.


I'm sad about leaving Perugia, but I am ready for classes to be done and head to the beach. I am staying 3 weeks after the Umbra program ends, and am traveling to Spain with one of my roommates. We plan on doing a lot of relaxing! Like I said, it's time for the beach :)

Rome and Ostia

Another weekend in Rome.... This is the 3rd time I've been here, but I really like the city so it's ok. We went for a class field trip and saw a lot of the same things Chaz and I saw. But I got some neat pictures from it, and saw some new things too.

Ran in the morning along the Tiber River, and took a detour into the Circus Maximus for a loop. How many people can say they've done that???

Ostia is the old port of ancient Rome. It's no longer right on the water since the water has receded a bit, but we did make it to the beach :) And made some silly faces in the forum while we were at it.
